You can use specific operators for accuracy: quotes “” for exact matches (“weekly sync”), | for OR conditions (weekly|sync), + for AND conditions (weekly+sync), – for NOT conditions (-weekly sync), and +(-words) for AND NOT conditions (weekly+(-sync)).
You can use Filters to specify which participants’ calls should be searched for keywords, ensuring alerts are only triggered for conversations you care about.
When triggered, your tracker can either send you an email alert and/or automatically tag the relevant call, streamlining your post-call activities.
Emails include the tracker name, call summary, and transcription mentions of the keyword(s). There is a limit of 10 transcription lines per email.
Yes, AI Keyword Trackers allow you to set a condition to trigger an alert when a keyword is “not mentioned.” If this condition is used, the transcription won’t be included in the email alert.
Keyword Trackers are part of NUACOM AI add-on. To activate this add-on, go to NUACOM user portal, navigate to Settings >> Account Settings, and then locating the AI Call Analysis tab.
