Naucom is a great option for us, having used it at a previous company it does exactly what we need of it, with lower minimum licenses than competitors, at a fraction of the price.
The service works, with a great clarity on the call. It was also a very good experience to sign up with the people working for NUACOM being very helpful and had great attitudes. When I initially signed up I dealt with Anthony and Vaibhav, both of whom were excellent and flexible.
The onboarding was excellent and very efficient. I was fully set up within 24 hours, which was exactly what my business needed. Clear communication and a smooth process from start to finish.
From our first phone call to Sales, right thorough to production we have found NUACOM to be very helpful. We are moving as our CRM and Pipedrive are integrated with NUACOM therefore allowing us handle incoming customer calls more efficiently. We will admin the system ourselves and the portal is laid out very well and if you are unsure you can search the many 'How to' videos if you are unsure if anything.

The applications are straightforward to use on both mobile and desktop platforms. They are simple to configure with various accents and numbers, and making changes is a smooth process. The onboarding experience was fast and uncomplicated, with nothing overly complex. Overall, the software offers a good range of features.
The platform is user-friendly, and the onboarding team has been fantastic. From our very first call through the entire onboarding process, we've been thoroughly impressed. The team has been extremely helpful, and I especially appreciate features like click-to-dial, the ability to add notes and tags, and the seamless integration with Hubspot.

NUACOM is well resourced, their cloud tech is functionally rich and the assistance I received to get my business onboarded to their cloud VOIP system was excellent.
Of the VOIP providers I have had experianced, I have no hesitation in recommending NUACOM to enterprise organisations, corporates and small businesses alike.

We recently moved four numbers across to NUACOM — US, Canada, Ireland and UK — and Vaibhav handled the whole process from start to finish.
What stood out was the communication. Every update came before I had to ask. When the Irish port hit a snag early on, he flagged it straight away, explained it needed no action from our side, and resubmitted — no drama. The US and Canadian numbers went across first, then Ireland and the UK number went live today exactly when he said it would.
It's the kind of service where you notice what didn't happen: no chasing, no confusion. Vaibhav was responsive, competent, clear and just got it done.

The desktop app was very easy to download and the phone works smoothly and is very intuitive.
Support is key in a telecoms partner, and Nuacom are very responsive. The platform is comprehensive, sophisticated, and still easy to understand, and the apps are straightforward too. Calls can be handled on mobile via the app, as well as on Mac/PC and IP phones, which makes it flexible for day-to-day use. The use of AI to set up the IVR, along with call recording and redirecting, is excellent. The monthly fee includes all calls under a fair usage policy. Call quality is on par with, or even superior to, other providers in the IP telephony space. They also offer integrations, although I haven’t explored those yet.

They answered all of my questions clearly and arranged online calls with me to make sure I was completely happy with everything I wanted set up. Once connected and provided with a new number, I was assigned a dedicated specialist who helped me with everything I needed.
They handled the setup for me, meaning I didn’t have to do anything myself, which made the whole process very straightforward and stress-free. The level of support and communication has been excellent from start to finish.

What I like best is the unified desktop app and mobile synchronization. In recruitment, we are rarely sitting at a desk all day; NUACOM allows us to transition from a candidate interview on my laptop to a client follow-up on my mobile without any drop in call quality or data tracking.
Communication from the very start all the way through was really good. The whole process was seamless. This was our first time using a cloud based phone system. Demo received was really clear.
Nuacom have a great support team. Andrei recently spent a few hours working through an issue we had on our network to get our phones up and running again even though the problem was not directly Nuacoms to fix.

"Very easy to deal with"
Having used NUACOM in previous employment and found it very good, when I setup my own company I choose NUACOM for my own phones, when one of my customers needed to change Telecoms company I immediately suggested NUACOM also.
Their interface is intuitive and support is great.

"Highly Recommend"
After our last company decided to leave the market, I began my search for a replacement. Nuacom was my first call and after speaking with the agent there was no hesitation is moving forward and confirming my order. Evey detail I needed was explained and within 15 minutes my process was underway. The customer service and support is excellent. I opted for the new phones from Nuacom and they are excellent quality. I now have a better service and more features than before at much better prices.

It's simple to load on PC or mobile and take calls anywhere, send them to the voice mail and it has all kinds of tools useful to keep efficient call tracking.
