Reset via Phone Menu
This is the standard method when you have access to the phone’s interface:

  1. Press the Menu button on the phone.
  2. Navigate to Settings > Advanced Settings.
  3. Enter the admin password (default is usually 123 or admin).
  4. Select Restore Factory Settings.
  5. Confirm the reset when prompted.

    The phone will reboot and return to its factory default settings.

 

Hard Reset via OK Button
If the phone’s interface is unresponsive or inaccessible:

  1. Press and hold the OK button for approximately 10 seconds.
  2. A prompt will appear asking to confirm the reset.
  3. Press OK to confirm.

    The phone will initiate the reset process and reboot.
