At Nuacom, we’ve always been driven by a simple goal: to make communication easier and more efficient for businesses. Our journey didn’t begin with grand statements or big promises; it started with a real need. In 2009, we realized that traditional phone systems were holding businesses back. They were clunky, expensive, and lacked the flexibility needed in an increasingly digital world. That’s when we decided to take a different approach—one that would put businesses at the forefront of innovation.
From the start, our focus was on creating a phone system that didn’t just meet the basic needs but went beyond—streamlining communication while offering features that could grow alongside a business. This led to the development of our first in-house coded system, MyCleverPhone, which quickly gained traction in the Irish market. It wasn’t just a product; it was a solution. Businesses of all sizes were suddenly able to communicate more efficiently, making MyCleverPhone an essential tool for their operations.
But we didn’t stop there. Over the years, we continued to innovate, recognizing that businesses needed more than just a phone line—they needed a communication partner that would evolve with them. In 2016, we rebranded as Nuacom, reflecting not just a name change but a shift in vision. The Nuacom Cloud Phone System was born with over 50 advanced features and integrations with more than 100 business applications, transforming the way companies managed their communication.
