You’ll receive a detailed email that includes the tracker name, call participants, and timestamp. It will also provide you with a call summary and transcription mentions of the keyword(s) involved.

Using Call Tagging:

If you’ve turned on auto-tagging, the matching conversation in your call log will be automatically categorized. This makes it very easy to filter your call logs and retrieve all conversations labeled with the specific tags your trackers automatically added. You can also use other filters such as date range, call type, extensions or even queues.

Both options bring you to the calls that matter most, facilitating to spot and act on these key signals.
