AI Email Recap is a feature of NUACOM AI add-on that automatically sends a personalized recap of your call to your email after the call has ended.
Access your NUACOM user portal. On the left side menu, go to Settings >> Account Settings, AI Call Analytics tab. You’ll see a section called Additional Settings, where you can find the fields to activate and customize your AI Email Recaps.
Each email recap includes Key Points, Call Ratio, a Summary, Action Items, and Topics from the call, providing a comprehensive overview.
Yes, you have the option to set a minimum call duration. This ensures you only receive recaps for calls that contain meaningful context and avoid emails for short, irrelevant calls.
